Cant flash from SD CARD!

Guys I can't seem to flash from my sdcard.

Ive done it a million times.

But when it goes to tricolor screen it tells me that No image file was found or something along those lines. It passes by very fast and I can't catch it.

The file is not corrupt because I just flashed it through my computer.

I want to be able to flash the rom just in case I can't get to my computer or the phone wont boot.

Ive always had my current rom on my sdcard just in case I need a re flash when Im away or something. its very convenient but for some reason I can't flash sharkies 1.3 sprint rom.

This weekend I had to flash a year old rom because it was on my sisters computer and it pissed me off to no end.

Can anyone help me?

I tried removing the files and redoing it but for some reason it simply wont flash the Rom!

Have you formatted the card?

i have noticed that only freshly extracted nbh files work. after i have rename them they dont work. and are you sure you naming an nbh file "RHODIMG" with out the "

What are you talking about?

Once you extract them you have to rename it. You can't rename the file when its inside the zip folder.

I dont understand what your trying to tell me by "only freshly extracted nbh files work." Are you talking about a time frame here? If so thats not the true. Ive flashed roms from last year from my sdcard.

Even if this is the case how short is the time frame have to be I downloaded it less then a week ago.

Once you extract the file you get 10 files one of them is RUU_signed.nbh you have to rename it to rhodimg.nbh you reset the phone holding down the power and volume down. it boots itself and so on and so on.

i hope when you say zip you mean it lol.. because winrar lets you rename before extracting.. but your right if you mean winzip because i dont think you can in that
