thats when u throw it in bootloader mode before connecting it then it wont happen. i flashed this lead rom that im on now with only about 20% charge remaining.

not saying you lying, but ROMs dont usually come with a SD CARD format utility along with it... are you sure you dont mean PagePool??? now thats in lots of Roms' folder and something that can be used before flashing a ROM..

No, there is a utility that formats the SD card. Its made by HTC and is present on the Sprint 6.5 Sstock ROM and is included in some custom ROMs.

but if im gonna do that i will just use ppcg owners app that flashes from sd card in one click. still faster and convenient.
