Re: Unethical question
i agree with you completely, except when i tried to ask for suggestions they closed down my thread, that was with tp1 though...for a $600 phone you shouldnt have any issues with it

Re: Unethical question
I dont think we should be getting into any arguments but for the OP, it would be worthwhile to continue to contact the repair center or take it in.
If nothing else- it will be documented that you are having multiple issues and they may eventually do something about it. |

Re: Unethical question
Flash a GSM ROM to brick it. Unless they know how to throw it in bootloader to reflash you'll have a FRU or refurb TP2. Note: be careful of what you ask for since most refurb TP2s really suck worse than the device you already have (in my experiences).

Re: Unethical question
do what horndoctor said. flash the stock 6.1 rom and watch those problems go away, i only get 1 lockup per week if that. keep the tp2 replace rate down

Re: Unethical question
most folks don't know this, but just deleting items doesn't completely delete them (texts, pics, emails). there is an additional step in text options that says "empty deleted items". try that and i'll bet the freezing and s.o.d. goes away.
