I'm trying to figure out the very same senario. Do you synchronize your work calendar? I ended up hard resetting. I always backup my contacts using Myphone. |

the HTCALBUM cache is known to be a major memory hog open file explorer and follow this string Application Data-HTC-HTCALBUM-cache then delete those 2 big ass files.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys. What I ended up doing was hard resetting, then restoring from SPB backup and i got all of the memory back. I don't know what was screwed up, but if you ever have this problem try doing that. I think it was probably a file system or physical storage problem.
