Use an advanced task manager where you have access to Notifications (DotFred's for example.)
Among the several copies of repllog.exe, find the one whose "Event" field, under "Properties" is listed as "The system time has changed." Disable. This has worked for me in the past. |

Honestly, have you looked at how little memory the Activesync process uses in a task manager? Very little. It's not enough to worry about in my opinion but if you never use it then kill it. ![]()
