the hard pause was always just a * between the numbers for the prepend pause..
could try that i suppose..seems to easy though doesnt it lol

I have to do this to check an oncall voicemail box. I use ,,,*, and then the ext, then the password. This works for me and I have had this as a contact since my Moto Q

This has always worked for my on my old motorola q, old Diamond, and semi-old TP2. If you want it to pause longer, just use pp or however many you want.
