I called HTC and got an RMA so it should be covered... as long as the fact that it's unlocked and running EnergyROM doesn't void the warranty :P .

um of course you voided your warranty. you send it to htc for repair unlocked and with a custom kiss your warranty good buy. your best bet is buy a desktop charger off ebay. or find a friend with same phone get it to boot relock and flash stock via sd before sending it in for repair. you could end up screwing your self.
