Tp2 on Boost keeps Rebooting $50 reward for help.

Thank you for your response I have tried booting without the sd card...same thing still happens

I have a update on the phone status...I re-locked the phone so I cant install any new radios because its states that you must be connected to active sync...I also tryed to unlock through bootloader but it just freezes at 0 percent.... Can anyone help.......with the info provided...
