Look to see if you have this file in \windows directory: 47dd6acd_manila
If you do, delete it and soft reset. The original file will regenerate from rom if it is in fact part of your original rom. If it is in \windows then try to install the sms-disable cab only after disabling Sense. Re-enable Sense and see if it worked.

just flash that 6.1 stock rom its more stable anyway.
