HTC TP2 ROM flashing/unlocking URGENT HELP!!!

My phone has already been unlocked. My cousin did that back in New York. The phone is a Sprint TP2. I am currently using it in Canada with Rogers (GSM) and the phone works great so do I still have to unlock it again?

So when you enter bootloader (power off, then hold in "volume down" and press/hold "end call"), there's a thin white bar on the top of the screen with red letters that say "Security Unlocked?" Then 2 lines down it should say "SPL-1.00.OliNex" in yellow letters? If that's the case you're fine; just flash whichever ROM you like.
