Touch pro 2, Evo Replacement?

I dont see the EVO as being a relacement device. Like someone already said Droid for WM not going to happen and just another thought they cant keep those devices in stock at all. So by the time they do a swap from the TP2 to EVO they maybe using LTE. Oh and when someone mention the swap from the original touch pro to the another model ie Blackberry or moment the Blackberry 8330 was already pulled for the 8530 and the moment is an ok phone but nothing to write home to mama about. (first post just my thought)

the you will not get android for WM is not really valid, I have seen a lot of people around here get moved to a Moment from a TP2. just my 2 cents.

i do think the for the Touch Pro1 they bent the rules a bit due to it having such a wiode variety of issues..

but yes, Touch Pro 1s there for awhile you could get a BB, HTC Snap, Moment, TP1, or TP2... i had those options several times while exchanging TP1s..

and i hope Sprint doesnt replace TP2s with EVO, otherwise the temptation will be too great to not get a couple of them LOL

If anything itll be the moment... no way on earth are they giving away evos the way they're selling right now. Hell they pushed the employees eligibility back a whole month because of it.

OS is definitely not a issue. Like others mentioned already, when I used to have the Diamond they offered me the Snap, Pre, BB (dont remember which one), and the Hero. The only one that fit on my plan was the Snap and there was no way in hell I was going to take that, so after talking to the manager for like 10 seconds, he agreed that was a terrible offer and instead gave me a TP 2 : ) But I still doubt they would replace Tp 2's with EVO's right now, especially since they are so limited for people who want to outright buy one. I can maybe see it happening in another 6 months to a year though when they start gaining some stock, but even then it would mostly likely be the Epic 4G because of the whole keyboard factor. As far as the "Premium" they would just tell you that you have to pay extra or stick with a non-Premium phone.

FYI: Took my TP2 into the store because it was acting up and I was offered a refurb. I went back 2 days later and the refurb's keyboard was not working well. So I was given a brand New In Box TP2 right there.

You wouldnt get an Evo becouse it runs on a different plan. It have nothing to do with the OS though.

its likely they will give you touch pro2 again. if they dont they will give you a list of available smartphones. so i could be a diffrent one

Just got a BNIB TP2 from asurion Monday for my lost TP2
