if you are on sero, neither of those phones qualify. Do they not have tp2's anymore, is that what they are telling you?

to me it was, same dust under screen issue hero had plus battery life blows and other issues named all over the place here. 10$ extra on bill wasnt worth it either and i have 4g in my area. gave it time but had issues like tp2 had but there all fixed and i wasnt fixing the evo when tp2 is fine.

sero is like an employee discounted kind of plan, newest phone you can have on it as far as i know is the tp2

I am not sure the TP2 is discontinued. A salesman at my employer walked into the Sprint store maybe a week ago and bought one brand new. Who knows though, but that doesnt make much sense to me...

In my experience they try to limit you to 'similar' devices so given your phone has a sliding kb, they'll either steer you to a pre or to the Samsung Moment. If you dont feel you're getting a fair shake or if they give you resistance in the store, make THEM get on the phone with customer care, basically make THEM work to keep you (that's their job)
