How add different icons to the Home screen - HTC TP2 ?

Hello Guys,

I was wondering if there is an easy way of removing some of the icons from my Home Screen and replacing them with the icons to applications that I actually use more often....
Currently Home screen shows the following:
Camera ------ Youtube ---- Sprint Music
Calendar ----- ActiveStinc-- RSS Hub
File Exploder -- NFL Mobile-- Nascar

I'd likle to replace (Sprint Music, File Explorer, NFL Mobile and Nascar) with Scilor`s Grove Mobile, ClearTemp, SoftReset and Ram Sweep...
but I have no idea how....
If i go to Settings --> Today Screen --> Items, I can either Check or Uncheck HTC Sense screen, which I like, but I would like to change the icons on that screen.

Stock Sprint Rom, the only things that are installed : ClearTemp, GroveMobil, SoftReset and RamSweep....
