How is the MaxSense? I've heard its got a lot of potential but still VERY buggy. honestly thats somewhat to be expected since it just dropped.

Re: Should I stick with stock ROM (6.5) ?

After using the stock Sprint Roms (6.1 and 6.5), I found myself tweaking them too much, e.g. registry hacks, deleting crap.

I would highly recommend MightyRom, there's not too much crap installed so you'll have a *lot* more free space.

For stability/speed, my personal favorite is the final Manila 2.1 version released 2-10-2010.

I would just like to get rid of the SOD! Would this be solved with a 6.1 ROM??

Re: Should I stick with stock ROM (6.5) ?

2.1 is definitely the fastest available, but as far as stability IMO there are no differences between 2.1 and 2.5. Most chef's include the thing's you would have to tweak on the stock rom's..EX. no push internet, disabling annoying notification's and improving battery life. I personally like 2.5 and 6.5, they are both touch friendly. The newer 6.5 rom's have extra tab's like twitter, footprint, and facebook. My advice is to try as many as possible to find what you really like and enjoy, then pass along your advice to the community. My personal choice is MR.X 2.5, CFC compressed makes them super fast! there is no exact answer with SOD, there are people that have had it with 6.1, 6.5, 6.5x. Its been blamed on hardware, software, memory cards, you name it, its been blamed for SOD.

Re: Should I stick with stock ROM (6.5) ?

I had stock 6.1. Upgraded to regular 6.5 and started using SPB Mobile Shell 3.5. I've been sticking with SPBMS for a while now.
