Now, my top 5 tweaks, etc. are:
1. SPB Mobile Shell 3.5
2. Increase Volume(By 20%)
3. Disable SMS Sent Message
4. Tsowen Taskbar(icons on the top)
5. PockeyGBA(Emulator for GBA)

After having this phone for few months I have realized my top 5 favorite are...

Swype - Texting is so much faster and easier with one hand.

Bing - Easy lookups and voice turn-by-turn directions with lastest update is awesome!

Shazam - Never have to guess or remember song thats playing in club/bar, car, etc.

Scrobble - Just like Scrabble...damn this game is addicting

Skyfire + atdhe.net - Cant believe Im able to watch LIVE tv on my phone anywhere Im at!!

for atdhe.net it keeps asking for some veetle player. how do you get around that ?
