remove animated weather on 6.5

I made the same mistake. I realized my solution was to do a hard reset and never !NEVER!!! enable the auto weather with animation. I set my weather at "Disable My Location" and at manual update. At these settings my tp2 runs 2x faster and smoother. I tried the Chteditor with their Sense but found it to be a bit slower compared to the stock version. I believe this is due to it being designed for the HD2. Even If I set it to 3rd best rendering where the clock fades away...... its not as smooth as stock. And yes... I have tried custome roms. Currently I am using MightyMouse latest rom in which I have found to bhe the smoothest and fastest.
