Save that file to somewhere on you Phone, ether the phone or memory card. use the file Explorer to naviagte to the file. click on it, it will install the program and than soft reset.

a .Cab is just like a .EXE for the phone.

You mean get that file on too your phone? pretty simple, connect the phone to your computer and drag and drop it over or use your browser on your phone to go to this thread and download it from there.

It works and doesn't seem to break anything else like many others that I have tried in the past. I might actually like WM6.5 now...
