What's CAB? I've looked for the meaning, and I got nothing.
Save that file to somewhere on you Phone, ether the phone or memory card. use the file Explorer to naviagte to the file. click on it, it will install the program and than soft reset.

a .Cab is just like a .EXE for the phone.
