Most aftermarket radios these days have a line in to stream music. This may be located on the front or the back. Its just a simple headphone port to aux cable port (same type of head) to stream music. Some current cars have these standard as well. That is what I would suggest.

I have this option with my car stereo, yet mine also has a direct iPod USB hook up, so I always use this
