Re: tp2 native lock
Do you have a PIN or password setup in Settings ->Lock?
I use the native wm6.5 lock screen (slide to unlock) and love it. But I have to have DeviceLock_v1.6 running in background to allow for when I press the power button for the device to wake up to locked screen. The OS doesn't do this by default.

Re: tp2 native lock
boredandtattoed.. you must be using a custome rom. Stock roms 6.5 always ask for a simple pin. But devicelock worked. I will try the other cab the next poster recommended just to see what it does. thxs everyone.

Re: tp2 native lock
Boredandtattoed...... just realised that is you manually lock it, it indeed does not promp you for any password. But what I am looking for is for the device to lock automatically when it shuts of the backlight or when you manually push the power button. I just tried the other app called Smartlock. Did not work at all. But actually glitched my start menu. I tried enable and disable options and non did any good. So I will fall back to the first app that worked. Csdevcntrol is the name.
