Re: Has anyone ever downgraded their phones?
its not a downgrade. even though you spent more for your phone (however tp2 is now $200 too). it doesn't matter anyways if you are in contract it is for that phone.

Re: Has anyone ever downgraded their phones?
My contracts up on my TP2, I was exchanged a TP2 from my TP1 and was off contract with my TP1 so I only pay Month to Month.. I'm sure it can be done as an exchange of some sorts hense how I ended up with a TP2 but I was just wondering if anyone's ever given a phone back for a different one outside of the 30 day initial "trial" period..??

If you can get away with that good luck, I am pretty sure the odds are stacked against you.

Yes, plenty of people have scammed sprint and asurion. I don't know how you would qualify it as a downgrade to get a much better phone spec wise...

Re: Has anyone ever downgraded their phones?
Hmmm not sure if thats entirely true, I read a Sprint article that said they charged the extra $10 because of the phones internal specs/hardware being optimal over any other phone "1.0ghz processor, 8mb camera, front faced camera, etc"...

thats why its not a downgrade right there.. but sure lots of people have downgraded so to speak... TP1 users get a choice usually.. HTC snap, a BlackBerry, Samsung Moment, TP1, TP2... 3 of those can be considered downgrades from a TP1
