Have to ask the lame question - did you make sure the Location Setting was "On" - and not the HTC location setting, the actual GPS chip. In the phone app, hit "menu", options, scroll over to the CDMA services tab, hit location setting, then press "Get Settings" and be sure location is set to "on". Otherwise it will only work for 911 calls.

The HTC location setting app (under start-settings-system-location settings) is different from the above, and is not necessary for GPS usage.

right. first thing you do is make sure location is turned on and then what i do is update my weather on sense so that one window pops up and i can click "I agree"
