yeah i say this one too.. its from May 8th though and the shipping time is a week to 2 weeks it says, so that poster couldnt have recieved his already, from China..

Not necessarily, I order things from China all of the time and get it in a week to 10 days usually.

Card is definitely fake.

ok, but again his order was 3 days ago.. not gonna happen.. i agree its a Fake as well, just wanted to show it off i suppose.. like i said im pretty sure it says 16gb under the 32gb sticker.. which if so, like i said also, thats still a 16gb card for 28bucks making it cheapest price ive seen on 16gb cards...

lol, this may sound wrong, but I say we should all report it and get it removed because I know damn well I wouldn't be happy buying a 32GB card and it turns out to be 16GB or even worse 8GB

Its 100% fake and here is why..if you look at the card it has a circled 4 which means class 4..The 32gb sandisk is a class 2 as in this picture:

If they are already lieing on the 32gb you wouldn't want to buy it and get 16mb or 32mb card...not to mention the 16gb card is most likely a fake as well. and by fake I mean those cards thrown out that did not pass QC

Wouldn't Ebay buyer protection protect you anyway, even if you did buy it? Since its not the product you are buying, my guess is they would send you a refund and you might be able to keep the card??? (Screw the guy over that is trying to screw other people over....karma)

it would protect you to a point, but its really the frustration over the whole situation in which I would be annoyed about, and you shouldn't screw someone that tried to screw you over(believe me I know lol) it always comes back to bite you in the ass sooner or later.
