Re: Touch screen died.. need assistance
Connect to your computer using ActiveSync and use MyMobiler. You'll be able to control your phone from your computer using your mouse and keyboard.

Re: Touch screen died.. need assistance
Take your device to a Sprint Service and repair store. If you have Total Equipment Protection (TEP) they will service your device....if its physical damage or water damage you will have to go to www.phoneclaim.com/sprint and submit a claim. Asurion will charge you $100 deductable or if you like they can bill it to your account.

Re: Touch screen died.. need assistance
Did you screen have rainbow banding on it before it stopped working? If so, you may be eligible for free repair through manufacturer warranty, ESRP, or goodwill on carrier's behalf (Sprint seems better about this than Verizon).
If you launched the phone in hulk-like anger, you're gonna be spending a few bucks to get the touchscreen working. As far as controlling your phone via Activesync, I'd recommend Windows Mobile Powertoys (Activesync Remote Display). Download at Microsoft's website: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...displaylang=en |
