Re: Mighty Rom 2.5 & Sprint Official 6.5 Bluetooth Issue?
It's not a bug ... it's a feature introduced by Microsoft. (or so they would like us to believe).
I noticed that too and it is annoying, but also helpful. Have you ever laid down your earpiece and then notice the phone ringing? Picked it up and no one was there? That was because the audio was still going through the earpiece device. With this new and undocumented feature, you can now answer your phone and actually hear and speak with the individual calling while you search for the blasted little BT earpiece. Once you have it securely planted into your ear, press the answer button once and POOF! the audio will switch to the earpiece. Saved at last without missing a phone call. Forgive my pun for sounding like a commercial. I was adding a little bit of humor. At first it was a pain, but the more I started using it, the more I liked it. There are times when I've left my BT upstairs, but the phone still sees it being connected. I'd have to dash up the steps to answer the phone. It's a helpful feature most of the time. Just press the answer button and it will switch over to the BT. Trust me, I've done it about a hundred times. The only thing I hate about the current BT in the TP2 is the audio delay. I get a delay when I get a text message or voice mail, but when it rings, I hear that immediately in my BT before I the phone goes off. I can't understand why the delay on everything except ringing.
