Mighty Rom 2.5 & Sprint Official 6.5 Bluetooth Issue?
 

Im pretty sure i remember reading about this issue on both of these roms but i was wondering whats the problem? when i have my bluetooth earpiece connected to my phone and a incoming call comes in if i slide to answer the call on the device the audio from the call is coming from the device instead of the earpiece. If i want the call to be answered through the earpiece id have to press the button on the earpiece to answer the call.

on the previous mighty rom 2.1 this never happened and on any other 6.5 rom i tried this never happened either, if i hit slide to answer on the phone and the earpiece was connected, the audio always came through the earpiece. is there a fix for this or anyone know why this happens?

It's not a bug ... it's a feature introduced by Microsoft. (or so they would like us to believe).

I noticed that too and it is annoying, but also helpful. Have you ever laid down your earpiece and then notice the phone ringing? Picked it up and no one was there? That was because the audio was still going through the earpiece device.

With this new and undocumented feature, you can now answer your phone and actually hear and speak with the individual calling while you search for the blasted little BT earpiece. Once you have it securely planted into your ear, press the answer button once and POOF! the audio will switch to the earpiece. Saved at last without missing a phone call.

Forgive my pun for sounding like a commercial. I was adding a little bit of humor. At first it was a pain, but the more I started using it, the more I liked it. There are times when I've left my BT upstairs, but the phone still sees it being connected. I'd have to dash up the steps to answer the phone. It's a helpful feature most of the time. Just press the answer button and it will switch over to the BT. Trust me, I've done it about a hundred times. The only thing I hate about the current BT in the TP2 is the audio delay. I get a delay when I get a text message or voice mail, but when it rings, I hear that immediately in my BT before I the phone goes off. I can't understand why the delay on everything except ringing.

is there any kind of registry edit to fix it back to the old way? slide to answer = phone calls through earpiece already?
