Problems with pictures/videos
Hello all...
I come to this forum for a lotta help and usually find my answers without having to start a new thread...but alas...I need help now... I have a Sprint HTC Touch Pro 2 I don't take pictures or videos alot, but about 2 weeks ago, when I took a picture, after the picture was taken, the screen would just freeze and go nowhere...Only way I could get out of it was to either press the power button or the hard phone button (looks like at phone being hung up). Also, when I go to my pics, I can't access them...I can scroll through them on the screen, but when I wanna enlarge them or I press "Albums" or "Slideshow" it does nothing.... Not a tech kinda guy but only mod I did was changed the Registry so I could use the phone as a modem on my laptop... Please help...

What ROM are you running? 6.1 or Sprint 6.5?
Also, have you tried a soft reset? This is done by simply turning off the phone and turning back on...or by using the soft reset button located on the volume button side of the phone underneath the back case. Most problems are solved by soft reset. This is the first step in troubleshooting

QMeli...thank you...as I said I'm not too much of a tech guy..but what you suggested worked, and now I'm back to normal.
I guess here on I'll try soft resets before I post anything else. THanks again
