What ROM are you running? 6.1 or Sprint 6.5?
Also, have you tried a soft reset? This is done by simply turning off the phone and turning back on...or by using the soft reset button located on the volume button side of the phone underneath the back case.
Most problems are solved by soft reset. This is the first step in troubleshooting
