No Domain option for Exchange account

I just upgraded my phone to 6.5 with the stock Sprint rom and when I go to setup my Outlook email account the domain field is grayed out. Without typing in the domain I can't sync with our Exchange server.

Has anyone else run into this? I've searched here and didn't come across anything. TIA.

yup... if you look close you'll see that where it asks for your username it already has your EMAIL ADDRESS there. blank out the @whatever.com and just make sure your USERNAME is there. also if you can"t pull the cert from your exchange server look here: http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=117321 for instructions on how to obtain the cert using your desktop. hope this helps

Ah, I didn't catch the change of the field label from email address to user name. What you suggested worked. thanks!

Wish I had known this. Ive seen this a few times and just removed the account and put it back, and it worked for some reason
