TP2 Email alerts!?

I have recently installed a cab that un-grey's the "flash light for" under the "Sounds and Notifications" menu in hopes that i could control whether or not the light would flash for certain things.

Well, one of the things, new mail, still continues to flash even though i don't want it to. Is there some place in the registry i can change that?

the cab was "Notification LED Enable Option.cab"
its worked for the most part with the exception of the email.
please help...
