Battery Will Not Charge on Plug

i still think that its the known issue with the ports themselves. each tp2 ive owned has had issues with the usb...bump it a little and it will disconnect..

probably so, i know mine will disconnect from activesync with little movement.

i was having this same problem. word for word. i think it started when my 9 month old was chewing on the end of my charger. then i used the charger, stupidly, and then the prob started with all my chargers but still worked fine plugged into pc. sometimes when i plugged into charger i would get the "activesync choice" screen popup, which is weird. after about a week (and a rom flash later) it fixed itself, but sometimes it still won't charge on the "chewed on" charger unless i wiggle it. otherwise its cool.

I tried another mini USB cable, but the same result. Charging in the PC is fine, but the plug is no good.

There's a Verizon store by my office, I'll have to stop there tomorrow. Thanks again for all the suggestions.
