) What kind of signal state are you in when this starts? Does it constantly buffer when doing it? Also, have you tried it on a clean install and then after installing individual apps to see if they are causing conflicts? I know it can be a lot of work, but its one of the best ways to rule things out.

*edit: just reread and saw you tried on a fresh install. Ill see what I can find.
