Re: Opera keeps closing
well, if you are close to 100%, something has to close. what all apps do you have installed? sense, internet browsers, etc are all memory hogs... and actually, there really is probably not too much that can be done about this due to the tp2's processor (not enough ram)... to me, the processor is the only thing holding the tp2 back. its still a cool phone and all but there are now fones out there with 1GHz processors... the tp2 is still the best htc winmo phone w/slide out qwerty so me and wait for the tp3 or whatever its going to be called.

not that close to 100% and like i said, i disabled autokill. something's not working the way it should. i've been monitoring memory and not doing anything with the phone when it closes.

Re: Opera keeps closing
Have you tried "empty cache on exit"? Type opera:config in the address bar. That will take you to the Prefences Editor. Click on Disk Cache. Check the "Empty On Exit" box and save. That might help your problem. I have my Opera 10 set up to do this and haven't had any of the problems on this thread.
I'm using 6.5 build 23563 and loving it!!! Blake |
