I think its hold VOLUME DOWN and ENTER buttons and hit the reset with the stylus

If you can't get it that way just go to clear storage instead.

read a couple posts back:

Start > Settings > System > either Clear Storage or Memory. If it is just the memory option, it will be the third tab. type 1234 and the phone will clear itself.

i flashed the TP2 for him that is the rom that is running on his phone, link is on post #14 is there a way to take out apps that i want out of the phone
