Emails over seven days old automatically deleting on Sprint TP2

Until upgrading to Sprint's Windows 6.5 ROM last Thursday, I've been using the stock Sprint Windows 6.1 ROM on my TP2. One thing that always bugged me is that any email, whether on my Outlook or Yahoo account, always gets automatically deleted after seven days on my TP2 but stays on the server. I had searched before for solutions but hadn't found any. I had hoped that the 6.5 update would eliminate this issue, but now I see that once again emails are being deleted once they are older than seven days. Again, I've searched for solutions but have found none. I apologize if this has been answered in previous posts, but is there any way to change how long emails stay on the phone or, better yet, any way to not have them automatically deleted at all?
