when you check them on the computer are they in the inbox or trash or another folde like "deleted items"? if they are in the inbox, just not showing up on your phone, go to your email options and change the download setting to "all messages" or "last 30 days" instead of "last 7 days". if they are accually in the trash box, i dont know what could be causing this.
