Which TP2 should I keep

I recently had a problem with a Tp2, for about 5 days i had a really weak data signal (About 50 kbps at best) and i travel so i knew it wasn't the local towers.
But last monday the problem went away and everything it back to where it should be.

i'm gonna continually use the old 1 for now just to see if the problem comes back.

the question is Verizon sent me a LIKE NEW 1 (refurbished), and i still have mine which is only a few months old and works perfect now.

which 1 would you Keep, because i do have to send 1 back.

The Refurb. if it you have new issues with the refurb let them know but if you return the refurb they will say ok and if you have the same issue down the road 1. youre setting yourself up and 2. they are gonna know you didnt take the refurb so you have no leverage. they may want to give you a new one if the refurb acts up or possibly a comparible model aka something new

how do you find out how much it has been used., vzw included a spec sheet on the refurbished.

i started using the refurb this morning, i wanted to give it alot of use in the next few days just to make sure everything works before i send the old 1 back. but then again if i had another problem with this 1 they would probably just give me a new 1 like what Capsyze said.
its my first refurb phone, ive never lost or had to have a phone replaced in the last 12 years luckily, till now
