are you sure that is used? you need to complain it, cause it is not fair to customers.

i was using blackberry bold 9k which given by VODAFONE NZ, and i found sometimes the keyboard is not respons while typing, i asked them, 1 week later, they send me a brand new one with original package

yeah it used, but it isn't like a used car you know. everything on the phone is new.

BUT........ it is pretty lame that i would end up with a refurbished one after 2 months of having bought the tp2 with a new contract
