Check your time sync settings, I was havin the same issue mine kicked on every 20 min or so. no issues now.

This has happened to me on all PPCs I had ever since my Apache in 07. I believe it has something to do with signal strength and roamingfrom tower to tower. It always comes on when I drive around the same areas. Still no solutions. I just keep my device locked if Im not using it. That way it goes back to sleep after a few seconds.
