Re: Occasional lag spikes when tethering or something like a lag spike
seriously? how are you able to game online with tethering?! when i tether it is extremely slow! was there something you did to speed up the connection?!
and to answer your question... it might just be your home maybe? try running some tests in your home and check you connection, and then next time your out somewhere else, try doing another test and check your connection... if it does better somewhere else, it might just be your home. |

It's not my home. I've tested this connection elsewhere so it's related to the TP2's I have. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a fix for it? |

I have the same problem. On my tp2 pages will load quick then all of a sudden the data arrows are not white and I have to wait just like you said. It like shuts off then back on and loads the page. No fix that I have found. |

Re: Occasional lag spikes when tethering or something like a lag spike
Cellphone connection is more on par with DSL then dialup..but its ms can be more spikey for online games...
that said what exactly is lagging..are you using wifi and is wifi breaking up? or is it your connection? If it is your connection you can try different Radios and you may get better luck with one of them.

It's as the post above you described. We tether and then all of a sudden the white arrows on the notification bar goes gray and then your internet connection follows. 5 seconds later it comes back on along with your data connection arrows going back to white. It does it every so often. Probably on a 30 minute to 1 hour basis. Would changing to a DDTM mode fix this in any way? I've been holding back and not trying to flash a new ROM and making DDTM work because I don't want to ask for an MSL # from Sprint. >.< |

ROM doesn't seem to matter. I tried 2 different sprint radios and it happens on both. Maybe sprint radio is the problem. It randomly stops working for a few seconds. |
