Re: Touch Pro 2 Wifi will not connect
also make sure you dont have your network adapter 802.11 set to "Use specific IP address"
On the TP2 is is listed as "Broadcom 802.11 DHD Network Adapter" make sure it is set to "Use server-assigned IP address"

Re: Touch Pro 2 Wifi will not connect
so was your tp2 802.11 network adapter set to "Use server-assigned IP address"
edit: there are 2 802.11 adapters, make sure they are set to server assigned. Last edited by Unknown Zone; 03-10-2010 at 10:43 PM. |

Re: Touch Pro 2 Wifi will not connect
I know this thread is a few months old, but I hope I can be of some help.
Check your Router's setting to see if MAC filtering is turned on, if it is, turn it off. I was having the same exact problem as you were with my TP2. Here is a post I made over in the MightyRom thread explaining how the MAC filtering on my router got turned on by accident. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...postcount=8956 |

Yep I was going to suggest MAC filtering on the router side when I saw the title of this thread pop up. Question though: does the TP2 have a MAC id? Cause I would think people don't want to have to go into their routers to fool around with turning MAC filtering on & off. |
