I did read it and someone said "check your email if you're a beta tester schaps just emailed all beta's 30 minutes ago".

you'll honestly like it but there are bugs but for visually appealing and fast this does that
there is one default wall in which you see a lot of animation
the good news is you can change the wallpapers on every screen to a static wallpaper, dynamic wallpaper, or even color. I need to post some bugs I found initially but I wouldnt uninstall it

Why the cab can't be posted is simple
a key file is linked to the email account provided on beta. If there is no key file, the program will not install...
so even if someone posted the cab, it won't install...now on a new rom its possible for install that is cooked but doubtful
