When released will this get cooked into ROM's? I can see it now MightyROM or NRGZ 6.5.3 w/TouchXperience.

It's coming along nicely, but has a bit of work still to go on it.
However, it is a very good concept and has many nice features built in and more coming.

Do you have .net 3.5 installed?
Did you copy your user Key to Windows?
Did you install the cert?

Ya, it wont boot on startup but when i went to the start menu>touchxperience>home it opens.

Correct, it does not currently run at bootup.
You must start it from menu and it runs best with Sense turned off.

It doesn't look like NRG will be using it anytime soon. If you look at the last post in the thread at xda, it seems that he's fed up with this donationaware crap as am I. If it was for testing then the people testing it are paying to help him out. Why not just have people test it for free and charge for the final product?
