Yes its True. Mr X's Rom is Fantastic! The only Problem i get is if you Leave apps running it will kill the battery faster than you Can say "xXOahuBornXx is Awesome!"

Same here.... I am a Mighty Rom lover, but also use Mr. X on a regular basis. I flash dance between the two. It helps that Mr.X And Mighty work hand in hand.

Re: Best rom for Sprint

hi guys..im almost to the point where im gonna jump into flashing as well. i understand that no custom roms are bug free. but which of the custom roms have the most minimal bug problem? i don't mind a bug here and there, but what i dont want is for me to fill up my phone with a long list of cabs for fixes. any input is appreciated.

I'm new to the flashing scene, a few weeks in, so i'm still learning... however at a very rapid pace.

As far as roms go, I was very discouraged by alot of the Manila 2.5's I was flashing... I had alot of speed issues.

Come to realize, I was flash dancing wrong. (No hard resets after flashing, flashing straight to another custom rom instead of back to stock first, etc etc). Now, I love it. As far as stability goes.... Mr.X and MightyRom are hands down the best. As far as battery, I could care less, seeing as i'm home / in the car enough to have a charger available to me.

Last night was a big night for me though. I was very happy to get my hands on an updated War, and thus far it's proved to be very sexy, smooth, and reliable in all terms of my daily usage.

Either way, i'm having a blast and learning a lot. Kind of sad to know I came in at the end of Windows Mobile as we know it. My only other WM device I've ever used before the Tp2 was a Pantech Duo from ATT... which was hands down the worst application of an OS to a Mobile Phone i've ever used.

On the flip side, WM6.1 and beyond is making me very happy i'm back into the smart phone junkie scene. It's kinda like a kit hobby to me.... and I just hope that with WP7, it can stay alive. I would hate to have to fall out of the scene when I just got into it.

Anywho, aloha bruddah (bit of a shameless use of terms from a mainlander). I used to live on Maui, back in '05 till '07. Can't wait to move back.

In my experience thus far, MightyRom 2.1, and MightyRom WAR (Manila 2.5), i've had to VERY minimal to make it fully functional. I use an Arcsoft MMS Cab to make MMS work, and I use a sprint PRL cab. Otherwise, the other cabs I install are merely programs for my own enjoyment. I have yet to run into any problems using either of these two roms in terms of day to day usage (Phone/Text/Net/WiFI Sharing/Email/MMS/FaceBook/Twitter/Youtube/Movie Watching/Music Listening etc etc). Same goes for the Mr.X Manila 2.5 rom. The cooks for Mr.X and MightyROM work hand in hand, which is why I stick to these two. For fun I occasionally will flash to something different, like a Juicy Rom, EnergyRom, or Silence Rom, but usually only lasts a few hours before I'm Back to either MR or Mr.X.

I've run into a few issues here and there that most likely were errors on my part, but nothing that couldn't be fixed with a quick scour of the forums or a quick question in the related ROM's thread.

Haha It took me 1 week Before i started flashing. I Read so much Just So I didnt Mess Up My baby ( My phone lol ) Than I started to Flash Like there was no Tomorrow. I am Going to Stick with Mighty's Proj. WAR for a While. Than When Mr.X releases a Newer Version. I Will Flash Back.

Also I Know people That Have Flashed Straight From Custom Rom to Rom, Without Serious damage. They Say Its all Good. So I tried It and I was Like " Hey It Worked"....Think Again.. I got internet Problems, No weather update available, Etc. I Had to flash back to Stock, than i Hard Reset Like 2 times.

Awesome I Love Maui. Wish I could Go To Jaws.
