how to choose what InternetConn to use between sprint data/wifi when both connected

hey guys i just wanted to know how to choose what connection is being used between the cdma radio and the wifi radio when both connected....ive tryed turning off data conn on the comm manager but it will automatically turn back on thus using evdo....so i iether have to use kb's from my plan or put the phone on airplane and only have wifi enabled....so is there a way to have your phone radio on so u can recieve calls n txt but still make sure ur using data thru wifi (obviously while connect to a wifi network ofcourse)???
