Re: Is innocase surface worth the money?
After 6 months of taking the case on/off and dropping onto everything hard the only sign of problem is the little little platic lips that hold the case to the front of the phone area breaking down and the cover comes off easier ... doesn't fall off mind you just easier so slightly less secure ...
that being said ... I would have bought a brand new one after 2 months with how much it saved my phone! I am suprised its taken the beating it has. Holster clip is great but not great if you carry/move alot of heavy big objects. I don't mean briefcases ... I mean 2x4's plywood ... big ass boxes. I have hit the release clip a few times and dropped the phone but its not meant for the environment I put it in so I have no real problem with how it operates. Works excellent when I stay away from heavy lifting |

Re: Is innocase surface worth the money?
I have the Innocase Surface, but returned the holster. I was concerned about hitting the clip by accident and the phone falling out. Also, I didn't really care for the look of it. I have a nice horizontal leather holster that I used with my Treo 755p that works well with the TP2. The only problem is the front cover on the Innocase Surface split in 2. It's very thin at the point it broke, and I suspect it broke because it would sometimes slightly catch on the lip of the holster. Seidio replaced it under warranty, but that's about to run out. If it breaks again, I might see if I can figure out a way to safely glue it in place. I do like the protection! Then again, when I've had the case off, it is a noticeable difference. I've considered just getting Zagg invisibleSHIELD, too.

Re: Is innocase surface worth the money?
i bought the innocase for the tp2 from amazon for 22 bucks, it has done its job so far although i havent dropped it from any significant height yet. buttons dont get pressed accidentally, i dont have to worry about placing the phone screen down anywhere, and it doesnt add much bulk. the only thing is im not sure what im gonna do when i need to get to the memory card or battery... this thing is on pretty well.

Re: Is innocase surface worth the money?
I just sent mine back to Amazon. They sent a new one, waiting for it to get here, They even gave me a label for free UPS return. I returned it because in the front the upper left tab wouldn't go all the way to clip down. It was a little short, hopefully the new one fits better.
