As long as you dont get caught for phone as a modem. Hard to get caught but I did once a long time ago,years. Didnt disable NAI on my flip phone.

People do some crazy stuff with their connection. I just hope that some idiot trying to run a small country from his smartphone doesn't ruin it for everyone and they place a hard cap on everyone.

im pretty sure sprint wont give too much of a crap about 3g after 4g starts rolling out this year...and then loooong gone will be our $10/15 unlimited plans.
