The above fix is different for Verizon. My phone has initVol set to 2. So what is that setting do? Enabled or disabled or something else?
Did anyone figure out the above issue?

Hi, I have Verizon as well. I set mine to 3 (disabled). I tested and it worked just great. So now there is NO ring delay at all. I hope that helped. Also, don't forget to do the soft reset right after making changes or it won't stay at 3.

I'm still considering myself a newbie...

Sincerely,
abb

My guess if that cm_guardian and things like resproxy should be disabled. That might fix the issue.

Re: Touch Pro2 Reg Edits/Stuff to backup

I agree with DrewCAM888 that using Sashimi is the answer. I've been round and round with the various auto-run-on-hard-reset/flash apps. Sashimi is very straightforward and configurable. You can keep lots of cabs/regs/xmls/scripts all in one place, some to auto-run and some to just run when you say. Regardless of what ROM I'm on, I can just launch Sashimi after the ROM's auto-stuff settles down and Sashimi will do all the stuff I want. I have several collections saved on my SD card, for various ROM's, Manila version, my mood, etc. Love it. Recommend it.

These parameters won't work on the Touch Pro 2 since the Widcomm BT stack is used. Those parameters are for the Microsoft BT stack. To increase Bluetooth A2DP performance you can use the following regedit:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\WIDCOMM\Plugin\AV]
"LineSpeed"=dword:00000100 (decimal 256)

(You can adjust up and down with higher values giving better sound quality at the expense of CPU consumption. 256 is a good compromise. 320 is about the highest you should set.)

Is that the default because I don't have that key in mine...

Re: Touch Pro2 Reg Edits/Stuff to backup

You need add add LineSpeed parameter as a new DWORD value.

I do this using Sashimi right after flash and before using any programs. Restart. When I go to use MyPhone I only need to enter my password.

I knew that one didn't look right, it just didn't click, guess I've been working to hard on other things.

Added and thanked.
