TP2 Won't Boot

Try plugging it into the wall... I had a bad charge adapter that caused weird issues.. battery said charged but wasnt.. used same battery, just different charger

With Juicy I see the orange windows 6.5 screen then it reboots. Its on that screen for 2-3 seconds every time. I loaded the stock rom and the 6.1 shows up again for 2-3 seconds. Just tried mightyrom. This all started because my battery was running dead. I used a usb cord and plugged into a computer. Woke up the next morning and this is what started.
