Stuck SMS notification...not the usual "permanent" notification

I know what youre talking about. Either tap on each individual new message within the message thread or use your up and down arrows on the hard or soft keypad to move up and down within the thread and highlight them. This will mark them read.

I have seen this issue on the Treo Pro's stock rom as well.

Seems to be a Windows issue.
